Frequently asked questions
How can I see my usage?
Open Settings for the selected workspace: checks used, status pages, and region cap. Or call GET /v1/usage with your API key. API requests are unlimited and never billed.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Free is 5 checks, a 5-minute interval, and 1 region. The console and API refuse a sixth check, a faster interval, or a second region. Pro raises those caps.
What do I get without paying?
The free tier is permanent, not a trial: 5 checks, 5-minute intervals from 1 region, 14 days of check results, a public status page, and the full API. You only pay for more checks, faster intervals, more regions, and more days of check results.
How does billing work?
Pro is a subscription for more checks, faster intervals, more regions, and status pages. It is billed monthly or yearly by our payment provider, the merchant of record. Open Settings and choose Subscribe for the selected workspace. The price on this page is the list price before tax. The free plan stays free, and no card is required for it. See the refund policy.
Notes: Taxes may apply. Plans and limits map to what the API reports in GET /v1/usage. Free includes a 50,000-probe monthly backstop; a full Free workspace stays under it. Pro is unlimited. See the Terms of use, Privacy policy, and Refund policy.
